Terms of use

The deal

ONSN, operated by [legal entity name], [registered address]. By creating an account you agree to these terms, the privacy notice and the community rules. If you do not agree, do not use ONSN.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older, give your real birth date and use your own photos. One account per person. We can close an account that breaks this at any time.

What ONSN is

ONSN shows who is free when you are and lets you invite them to meet. A yes is a meetup, not a promise of anything more. We do not arrange, vet or supervise meetups. You decide whom to meet, where and when, and you are responsible for your own safety.

Invites expire after 15 minutes. No reply means no.

Your conduct

You agree to follow the community rules. In short:

• Yes means yes. A like, match or plan is never consent to anything more.
• Meet in public first.
• Nothing is for sale. No paying, gifts or money for dates.
• Real adults only.
• No harassment, threats, scams, stalking or sharing of private images without consent.

Plans and gems

Plus and Max are monthly subscriptions billed by Apple through the App Store. They renew until you cancel in your Apple subscriptions. Refunds follow the App Store rules.

Gems unlock app features only. You can't send, sell or cash them out, and they never buy a date or a reply. Bought gems never expire.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us a licence to store, review, resize and show it inside ONSN so the app can work. Moderators review photos and reports. We remove content that breaks the rules.

Ending the deal

You can delete your account at any time in the app or on this site. It closes right away and is erased after 30 days. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or where the law requires it.

Limits of our responsibility

ONSN is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is always available or free of errors, or that any person you meet is who they say they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss or harm that comes from using ONSN or from meeting someone through it. Nothing here limits rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters, we tell you in the app before the change applies. The current version always lives on this page.
